Chính sách quyền riêng tư

Tùy cách bạn tương tác với AIAUFB, dữ liệu có thể gồm:

• Website: dữ liệu sử dụng ẩn danh do Vercel Web Analytics ghi nhận, như trang đã xem, nguồn giới thiệu và thông tin kỹ thuật tổng quát về trình duyệt/thiết bị. Web Analytics không dùng cookie để theo dõi người truy cập.
• Biểu mẫu và liên hệ: họ tên, email, số điện thoại, tổ chức, nhu cầu tư vấn và nội dung bạn chủ động cung cấp qua Google Forms, email hoặc điện thoại.
• Facebook Messenger: nội dung tin nhắn và phản hồi, thời điểm nhắn tin, Page-Scoped ID (PSID) do Meta cấp, cùng số điện thoại hoặc thông tin liên hệ nếu bạn tự nguyện cung cấp.

Chúng tôi không chủ động thu thập danh sách bạn bè, bài đăng, ảnh, mật khẩu hay mã xác thực của tài khoản Facebook. Vui lòng không gửi dữ liệu nhạy cảm không cần thiết trong tin nhắn hoặc biểu mẫu.

• Phản hồi câu hỏi về khóa học, workshop và dịch vụ tư vấn
• Duy trì ngữ cảnh để cuộc hội thoại không bị gián đoạn
• Chuyển cuộc trò chuyện cho nhân sự khi bạn yêu cầu hoặc khi cần xử lý khiếu nại, hoàn tiền hay cam kết về giá
• Liên hệ tư vấn khi bạn chủ động để lại thông tin
• Đo lường hiệu quả website, bảo mật và cải thiện dịch vụ
• Thực hiện nghĩa vụ pháp lý hoặc bảo vệ quyền hợp pháp

Chúng tôi không bán, cho thuê hoặc trao đổi dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn với bên thứ ba vì mục đích quảng cáo độc lập của họ.

Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu ở mức cần thiết để vận hành dịch vụ với các nhà cung cấp hiện tại sau:

• Meta Platforms và đơn vị liên quan — cung cấp Facebook Page và Messenger. Xem Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Meta.
• Anthropic PBC (Claude API) — xử lý nội dung cần thiết để tạo phản hồi tự động. Xem chính sách của Anthropic.
• n8n GmbH — điều phối luồng dữ liệu giữa Messenger, Claude API và Google Sheets. Xem chính sách của n8n.
• Google LLC (Google Forms và Google Sheets) — tiếp nhận biểu mẫu và lưu dữ liệu cần thiết cho tư vấn, đăng ký và ngữ cảnh hội thoại. Xem chính sách của Google.
• Vercel Inc. — lưu trữ website và cung cấp Web Analytics ẩn danh. Xem chính sách của Vercel.

Nội dung tin nhắn có thể chứa thông tin bạn tự nguyện nhập. Khi bổ sung hoặc thay đổi nhà cung cấp mô hình AI hay hạ tầng, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật chính sách này khi thay đổi có hiệu lực.

Chúng tôi áp dụng biện pháp kiểm soát truy cập và giới hạn nhân sự có quyền xử lý dữ liệu. Một số nhà cung cấp có thể xử lý dữ liệu tại quốc gia khác theo hạ tầng và chính sách của họ. Không phương thức truyền hoặc lưu trữ điện tử nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu phát hiện sự cố ảnh hưởng đáng kể, chúng tôi sẽ xử lý và thông báo theo yêu cầu áp dụng.

Mục tiêu lưu trữ của AIAUFB là xóa lịch sử hội thoại sau tối đa 90 ngày kể từ tin nhắn cuối cùng và xóa thông tin liên hệ sau tối đa 12 tháng kể từ lần tương tác gần nhất, trừ khi cần lưu lâu hơn để thực hiện yêu cầu của bạn, bảo mật, giải quyết tranh chấp hoặc tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý.

Chúng tôi đang triển khai tự động hóa để thực thi lịch này. Trong giai đoạn chuyển tiếp, một số bản ghi có thể được giữ lâu hơn mục tiêu nêu trên. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào theo mục 6; yêu cầu hợp lệ sẽ được xử lý không phụ thuộc vào trạng thái của automation.

Bạn có thể yêu cầu:

• Biết hoặc nhận bản sao dữ liệu chúng tôi đang lưu về bạn
• Chỉnh sửa thông tin không chính xác
• Xóa dữ liệu hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý
• Ngừng nhận liên hệ tiếp thị từ AIAUFB

Dịch vụ của chúng tôi dành cho người từ 16 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới độ tuổi này. Phụ huynh hoặc người giám hộ có thể liên hệ để yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu liên quan.

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này khi dịch vụ, nhà cung cấp hoặc yêu cầu áp dụng thay đổi. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại URL này và ghi rõ ngày cập nhật gần nhất.

Depending on how you interact with AIAUFB, data may include:

• Website: anonymized usage data recorded by Vercel Web Analytics, such as pages viewed, referrer, and general browser/device information. Web Analytics does not use cookies to track visitors.
• Forms and direct contact: name, email, phone number, organization, consultation needs, and information you voluntarily provide through Google Forms, email, or phone.
• Facebook Messenger: your message content and replies, timestamps, the Page-Scoped ID (PSID) issued by Meta, and contact information you voluntarily provide.

We do not intentionally collect your Facebook friend list, posts, photos, password, or authentication codes. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive data through messages or forms.

• Answer questions about courses, workshops, and consulting
• Maintain context so conversations remain coherent
• Hand a conversation to staff when requested or when complaints, refunds, or pricing commitments require human review
• Contact you when you voluntarily request consultation
• Measure website performance, maintain security, and improve services
• Meet legal obligations or protect legitimate rights

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their independent advertising purposes.

We share only the data necessary to operate the service with these current providers:

• Meta Platforms and relevant affiliates — provide Facebook Page and Messenger. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic PBC (Claude API) — processes the content needed to generate automated replies. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• n8n GmbH — orchestrates data flows between Messenger, Claude API, and Google Sheets. See n8n's privacy policy.
• Google LLC (Google Forms and Google Sheets) — receives forms and stores information needed for registrations, consultation, and conversation context. See Google's privacy policy.
• Vercel Inc. — hosts the website and provides anonymized Web Analytics. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Message content may include information that you choose to enter. If we add or replace an AI model or infrastructure provider, we will update this policy when that change takes effect.

We apply access controls and limit the personnel authorized to process data. Some providers may process data in other countries according to their infrastructure and policies. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure; if we identify a material incident, we will respond and provide notices as required.

AIAUFB's retention target is to delete conversation history no later than 90 days after the last message and contact information no later than 12 months after the most recent interaction, unless longer retention is needed to complete your request, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

We are implementing automation to enforce this schedule. During the transition, some records may be kept longer than the targets above. You may request deletion at any time under section 6; a valid request will be processed regardless of the automation status.

You may request to:

• Know about or receive a copy of data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete data or withdraw consent
• Stop receiving marketing communications from AIAUFB

Our services are intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children below this age. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion of related data.

We may update this policy when our services, providers, or applicable requirements change. The new version will be posted at this URL with an updated revision date.
